A Huge Thank You to Stitch Fix – Box Update

Bet you didn’t expect another post so soon. Neither did I. However, I have some news regarding the wonderful company of Stitch Fix.

If you saw my post from yesterday, you saw my latest Fix, the items I received and how disappointed I was in my stylist’s choices.

I was surfing Instagram yesterday evening and noticed Stitch Fix’s latest post, suggesting ways to get better fixes. There were plenty of comments from individuals, who, like myself, were unhappy about their latest Fix because they felt their comments and Pinterest pages were disregarded. I joined in, politely including my experience. Soon, the moderator of the post replied to me, telling me to send an Email to hello@stitchfix.com about it – without mentioning what it would accomplish. So I took the moderator’s advice and wrote a cordial Email doing just that, also mentioning just because I had one “bad” Fix didn’t mean I was going to stop receiving their service.

Today I received a reply Email. This is most of it:

Wow! Really?!

I’ve heard positive things about the company’s customer service in the past, but I never expected to be on the receiving end for something as simple as a botched Fix. I figured that was part of the risk of signing up for one. I was so happy when I read this, and very thankful. I replied right away, noting my appreciation, and did ask to move the date of the Fix up.

I also directed Jenny (the Email sender) to my Style Profile note and general note on the login page, and also told her a few of my favorite places to shop. I also pointed out my Pinterest page link and sent a link to this blog for the review, in case it would help my next stylist to see my body type. Jenny replied quickly, stating my Fix would be scheduled for April 13th instead of April 27th, and thanked me for the information.

I’m extremely impressed. It really makes me respect the company even more and makes me want to continue using the service in the future. A HUGE thank you to Stitch Fix, and I’m really looking forward to my Fix coming in less than two weeks.

Keep a watch for a review near the 13th.

  1. Wow! Glad to see they really do address customer service quickly – I hope your next one is better 🙂

    • I’m glad, too!
I bet my next one will be better – I’ll get a sneak peek soon – and honestly, I’m a little worried it’ll be TOO good, which won’t be good for my wallet! 🙂
